Experienced South Dakota And Wyoming Wildland Fire Litigation Attorneys
Barker Law Firm has handled wildland fire cases since 1985.
Our experience includes origin and cause investigations — the gathering of forensic evidence, and scientific data to hold the responsible parties accountable. Our cases include multiparty cases for groups of neighbors who claimed fire losses against utility companies, railroads and trucking companies. Our cases include many of the largest wildland fires in western South Dakota and eastern Wyoming in the last 33 years. Some of our cases were on behalf of the state of South Dakota to recover suppression costs and property loss on behalf of the taxpayers of the state. We will assist you with every aspect of your personal injury or accident case, including the insurance claims process.
